ECarpet Gallery has exceeded my expectations! I had several questions about a vintage rug and they were prompt with responding. Description and pictures were exactly as described and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The runner looks fabulous in my kitchen and adds the perfect touch of warmth I was looking for!
Excellent price quality delivery and administrative support!
As always ecarpet gallery has exactly what I was looking for, at a great price with free shipping. The carpet is exactly as shown and high quality. Would not shop anywhere else
I’m thrilled with their selection, quality, service and pricing. My carpet was delivered across the country in just a few days and it arrived in great condition. Customer service responded within 24-hours and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend buying from this Canadian company.
Great company, great communication, fast delivery, item as described.
Each time I have purchased a rug from Ecarpetgallery, I have had an excellent experience overall. Customer service is great and so is the delivery process. I definitely recommend the company. I have now purchased more than 6-7 times, so it is nice to be able to say what consistently good experiences I've had.
Rugs looks warm and worn out as expectated. Awesome! Just as described!
Upon receiving the $400+ rug, we noticed it had a strong smell. I can understand buying vintage means the rug comes with some quirks, the listing itself mentioned the possibility of small stains, noticeable repairs, and lower piling in some areas which I was more than willing to accept. I tried airing the rug out over several afternoons, and using baking soda - both recommended by the friendly customer service team - but the scent remains. They suggested airing out again during a summer day.. which I will, 8 months from now.. I do like the look of the rug, and I understand when old things get stored and transported, they’re not in their top shape, but this is just a downside I’m not loving.
ECARPETGALLERY is an absolute treasure trove for high quality rugs! I was thoroughly impressed with the vast selection and the exceptional quality of the carpet I purchased
I bought the expensive underlay after asking if it was natural latex. The company said yes but when I received it, it didn't smell nor look like natural latex at all (full of shiny particles on the surface). But most importantly, it's shedding chunks of the material very easily by just softly passing my hand over it, so it's basically disintegrating.
Hello Alessio, Thank you for your message. I want to clarify a few points about the rug pad you received. The pad is made from natural rubber and felt. Natural rubber naturally has a mild scent and a slightly tacky feel when new. This is normal for tree-derived rubber and not a sign of synthetic materials or a defect. The small particles you’re seeing on the rubber side can appear after long-distance shipping or temperature changes. This is common with natural rubber and is cosmetic only. It does not affect performance or safety, and a quick wipe removes the loose surface pieces. The product is functioning as intended and is fit for purpose. That said, if you prefer not to keep it, we are willing to make an exception and accept a return for a full refund even though our rug pads are custom cut and normally final sale. The return shipping cost would need to be covered on your end, and once the pad is returned to us, we will issue the full refund right away. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I’m here to help. The Ecarpetgallery Team
