It was shipped in a box that was smaller than the item's manufactures box which created the outer box to rip and expose the product in shipping. Luckily no damage occurred because UPS must have retaped the outer box. I have pictures and wish i could post so all could see what was on our doorstep when we came home from work.
I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.
Hi Nicole, Thank you for your feedback. My understanding is that you returned the sink to us and were refunded $247.40 in November. As for the missing grid, we don't carry that part, and you will need to contact Kraus directly. Thank you!
