Though I received my goods within the earliest possible time, I had to travel quite a distance to go for collection. More specifically, move from from one region to the collection point which is usually not convenient. I suggest the necessary arrangement is made for clients to receive their packages at points closer to them. Other companies ship their goods to collection points very close to the recipients and that makes it quite easy and encouraging to buy more and also buy frequently.

I do not recommend this seller. Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether the part shown in the product photos was exactly the same as the one that would be shipped to me. This was very important because even small differences in the design can affect compatibility and operation. The seller confirmed that the part matched the photos and assured me that I would receive the same item. However, the part I received was not identical to the one shown in the photos on the website. There were several differences in important details. Although these differences may seem minor, they are significant and can affect the proper installation and functioning of the part. When I contacted the seller about this issue, they completely ignored their previous assurances regarding the photos and focused only on the VIN number. The guarantees and statements made before the purchase suddenly no longer mattered. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept avoiding the main issue and refused to acknowledge that the delivered part differed from the product shown in the listing. Had I known in advance how this situation would be handled, I would never have placed an order with this company. Very disappointing customer service and after-sales support. It took 2 weeks for the part to arrive. The part was $91 but freight was a killer$82. At least the part was correct.

not same part and i sent them a picture first to get the same part and they sent a wrong part after waiting 20 days without car and i sent them to exchange or return and they refused despite they were wrong from first. they just want money no Customer care i do not trust them any more and i do not recommended them to any one and i made a complain in the ministry of commerce. be careful of them.
