Does Not Work for Colorblindness - Very Difficult Return Process I ordered glasses that were advertised to help with colorblindness. After testing, there was no noticeable difference. They worked like regular sunglasses. I contacted customer service for help. At first they asked me to return the item to the USA at my own expense. *The return process was very difficult and took a long time.* They only provided a local return address in Germany after I mentioned involving my bank. I do not recommend this product. The experience was very disappointing.

The shop experience is confusing at best but I finally found what I was looking for after trying different filters and menus. The worst part is that there’s so many bait and switch promos flying around the site that make you think you’ll get a promo code for a discount on the product and then in the cart the promo codes don’t work for the item you select. All of it needs to be way more clear up front so I don’t feel like I got cheated and begrudgingly give you my money anyway, but not happy about it.

I was able to obtain the prescription and send it to the customer service email. The response time was very quick, and were able to adjust my order on an error i made with confusing transition glasses with dual prism setting. I dont wear glasses but the way to fill the form online was super easy. In the end the glasses we perfect size, prescription was set beautifully and better than his current glasses. He was very excited with the gift and i would be looking into buying another pair.

Superb Warranty Support!!! I bought a pair of glasses with prescription for my very active 8-year old boy. Within 18 months, I had to use the warranty twice, and in both cases EnChroma kept their promise and sent me a new pair. Worth the investment, and kid loves to be able to see well in full color!
