Product is excellent, and your representative on the phone was great and responsive for such a small order. Her name I do not recall, I want to say Croche, but I don't think that is accurate. Something like that. I know when I get a good support, and she delivered. Hats off to her!
Thank you so much! Cosette will appreciate your kind review.
We received the part so quick! Excellent!
Thank you so much!
No communication no emails no tracking # still a mystery I'll have to call them
We are so sorry, William this item is still on back order. We will provide tracking once available. Thank you for waiting.
Cosette was wonderful to work with getting me the correct item for my project. The septic lid seems very well made and I can't wait to finish up my project.
Thank you so much! Cosette will appreciate your review.
Hi Dan, thanks for the review. Sorry, you have not received the manhole you ordered, it's on back-log. We will give you an update today. Thank you
Whats to say? Probably dig the thing up in 10,000 years and wonder what it was for.... Will they figure out it was there to cover an RV dump station? :}
And the best review ever! Goes to, Anthony. Thank you so much for sharing.
Great product for our campground. Clean and professional. Have had no problems for 1 year so far.
Thank you so much for the review!
Thank you so much!
Got my product quickly
Thank you so much!
These sewer caps are great! They are made to slip onto 4-inch schedule 40 PVC, which has a wider diameter than 4-inch DR35 drain/waste/vent pipe. If that's what you have, you'll need an adapter ring/collar. I got one for a few dollars from Lowes described as "Transition from Drain Waste Vent (DWV)/Schedule 40 (SCH40) fittings to Sewer and Drain (Sewer and Drain) pipe with the PVC Adapter Bushing," Item #24093 and Model #L2P42. I hope this helps the next person who needs to use one of these sewer caps on DWV pipe instead of schedule 40.
Thank you for sharing in detail, this is really a great review!
Friendly- LIVE person that answers the phone. And, is able to answer all questions.

Being asked to review a product that we still haven't received/that still hasn't shipped. We received no updates from vendor until we asked (10 days after order was placed) indicating product was back-ordered for another 3-to-4 weeks.
Sorry for the long delay we are experiencing. Thank you for waiting while we process the order.
Haven't received item ordered on 2/22/2022
Hi Ron, Sorry, your order is taking so long to ship, we are checking status and will call with an ETA. Thank you, Enviro Design Products
Product great. Speed I. Delivery great. Only problem was it got shipped to an address 45 minute's away. To a guy with the last name of our company. Clearly a different shipping label was placed over the correct shipping label.probably the shipper did that. He opened the box. Found my phone # and called me. I picked it up & had lunch on the way home so it wasn't to bad.
Sorry, you had to make the drive, so glad to know you have the order in hand. Thank you, for the review!
