Cancelled order a week after it was place due to my order being flagged for fraud. This was after I had reached out wondering where my order was. You had to have me reach out to get this sorted? How long would it take for you to actually look at my order if I didn’t reach out?

I paid for two day shipping and it sat in your shop for seven days before it even shipped. You guys didn't even reach out to say it was going to be delayed. I had to contact the company myself and only after that did you guys ship it.
Was this review intended for EuroOptic? We reviewed the order details and show the order was placed late on July 6, shipped on July 7, and delivered on July 8. We do not see a delay or a seven-day processing period associated with this order. On their website there is a disclaimer essentially saying be cautious of used items. I called and talked to James. He took the time to walk out to the warehouse and inspect the item and email me pictures. You never know when ordering from a website what kind of customer service you're going to get. Highly recommend purchasing from them.
