Everything arrived in tact

Everything arrived in tact and without issue - only reason for not 5 stars here is because the recommended battery ended up being incompatible and completely unnecessary, because the product already came with a battery (despite the website saying it didn't.) The return of the extra battery cost ~$20 with printing and shipping, vs ~$50 cost for the item itself, and therefore incurred a decent waste of money because of unclear and incorrect documentation on the website.

Customer service takes to long to fix problems. Most of them dont read whats going on. So you get a question on top of your question and your sitting for another 48 hrs! Goes back and forth alot!

Great selection, better service

In the case of this order, I was able to find just about everything I needed. However, I had an issue with it as the Elite Force Glock 18c GBB Pistol was at a higher Fps than my local field allowed. In my first contact with Evike's service department I was advised to try Swiss Arms Light Gas - which worked perfectly.

Ticket Management, Props to Spencer!

I contacted Evike.com and opened a ticket with some questions about modifying my gun and whether it was possible to change something out without charge after they have already configured it. They made the changes at no labor cost! I want to thank Spencer (my ticket handler) specifically, due to the great attitude and patience with all of my questions, and for getting my ticket closed as promptly as possible. Evike.com is the go-to for Airsoft!

I've ordered from Evike five times and…

I've ordered from Evike five times and never had a problem. I usually pick up at their Dallas location, but I've also had items shipped without any problems. If you get a chance visit their store, it's worth the trip. They have tons of Airsoft guns and accessories on display, and a helpful staff, who know what their talking about.

⭐... *1 Star* My experience with Evike customer support has been extremely disappointing. Instead of helping resolve issues efficiently, they consistently made the process longer and more frustrating. I have been trying to receive a package worth over $300 for more than six months, and I still have not received it. Throughout this ongoing issue, customer support seemed more focused on pushing me away than actually helping find a solution. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and often required me to repeat the same information multiple times. The lack of urgency and accountability has been unacceptable. At this point, after waiting over six months for a package that I paid for, I am seriously considering taking legal action. I expected much better service from a company of this size. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evike to others.
