Great Customer service
Great Customer service, well above and beyond. I had a minor problem with a pair of boots, which Extreme Outfitters sent another pair within hours. I'll be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to all. I'm a new fan.

I would appreciate free returns on at least your clothing/footwear items. Other than that, I'd rather by from you guys than from Amazon..without that I'd go with Amazon most every other time.

Very fast shipping
Awesome deal on a very hard to find knife (Emerson SOCFK). It arrived very quickly, and its already been put to good use. Thanks again!

We put in an order on the 29th of April and it didn’t charge us until the 9th. Didn’t let us know it would take 10 days processing. Plus can’t locate when and where the items will show up! I will not be doing business with your company ever again!!!
Fast shipping and great prices!
Top store will use again
Got the boots within the shipping time…
Got the boots within the shipping time estimated (a little early I think). The boots are of good quality and they came in undamaged packaging. Had to pay additional customs and shipping to Canada that was not on the website ($36 or so to Ontario). The tracker was fairly accurate with updates and no real negatives about service. The boots are great so far. Most of my comrades wear Rocky s2v's but I am loving these garmonts (I own the Rocky's too). Definitely get a half size up from what you normally wear so you can double sock comfortably. I always double sock when rucking.
Extremely good Service
Simple, quick ordering, and fast shipping.
