I could not find a place on the website for descriptions of the tours themselves. Also, the pop up windows on the page block you from navigating it so easily. My friend gave a great review of Fat Tire Tours, so I am happy to book with you, but I might have gone with something else if she had not recommended you.
We booked our tour on April 9th 2019 for a tour on April 19th 2019. We received a email with our receipt and this email stated this was only our receipt and this did not and was not a confirmation of our tour. We NEVER received a confirmation nor did we receive any information about where to meet for our tour. You took our money without providing a service. We'll make sure we tell everyone about your lousy service.
