I was in this wonderful store a couple days ago with my 4 children. They were closing at 6 and John and Justin went above and beyond the call of duty to teach my children and myself everything we could learn in a short time. They kept the store open late for us and grabbed everything we needed. Truth is I went in the store crying because I was so overwhelmed and these two gentleman made this single mom turn her frown upside down by being kind, courteous, knowledgable and caring beyond the call of duty. We had a great afternoon as a family because of them and I just want to say a big THANK YOU for making our vacation have some very special memories! Justin and John you guys rock!! Fin-Atics was awesome. I called to see if they may have had an extra item that I was looking for. They did, so the staff actually added the item to the website, so I could check out and pay over the internet. So glad I live within an hour of this place, they shipped and I had in a day or two. Everyone there is SUPER nice.
