"I was skeptical about ordering online, but the quality from Flags.com is incredible. Unlike the thin, printed versions I’ve bought elsewhere, this flag features heavy-duty stitching and beautifully embroidered stars.
It has already survived several high-wind storms without a single fray. Knowing it’s authentically Made in the USA makes flying it feel even better. If you want a flag that actually lasts and looks professional, don't waste your money anywhere else."

I noted that Flags.com was based in South Florida and I decided I would call to see if a retail pickup made sense instead of shipping charges. The woman I spoke to could not have been more helpful in selecting the right flag material for the intended use location and in the end shipping was a better choice - my flag was shipped promptly and arrived right in time for the gift occasion for which I purchased it.

Happy with the purchase
We love our new American flag (garden flag size, it is all sewn with stars embroidered) and a few holiday flags. Nice quality, a good selection of flags, carefully packed. Highly recommend this place to purchase garden flags to brighten up your home curb side appeal

I mistakenly ordered a smaller flag than needed. When I called their office, located in the USA and staffed by a pleasant lady who spoke English without a strong accent that often leads to not understanding someone over the telephone, the problem was immediately rectified (I had not used the first flag). I have received the replacement 6X10 flag. It is very well made in the United States and looks great flying in front of our house.

When I placd my order online, I immediately realized I had ordered the wrong size of the Ukraine flag. I called right away (after hours) & left a VM to that effect. The next day, I received a personal msg from MaKenzie, saying she had adjusted my order as I had outlined, before it had shipped.
This action, taken by McKenzie, is the very definition of customer service. I greatly appreciate her and the company.
