I ordered a 6-pack of 5% minoxidil from the Canadian Foligain website, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. My initial order was never shipped—the tracking number they provided never updated or showed any movement. I reached out to their customer service, and they responded saying they would reship the order. They gave me a new tracking number, but unfortunately, the same issue happened again—the tracking still hasn’t moved at all. At this point, it feels like a complete scam. I’ve paid for a product that I never received, and the replacement shipment doesn’t seem to be going anywhere either. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from the canadian site.

I purchased the 6 bottle Minoxidil 5% Hair Regrowth Foam, but unfortunately none of the bottles worked as intended. Instead of dispensing foam, every single one produced a sticky liquid with no foaming stage at all, even after shaking and using it under normal conditions. The pump mechanism also seems faulty I had to press it multiple times just to get anything out, and when it did come out, it was still only liquid. I tried contacting customer support, but only received a ticket confirmation and no actual follow-up or resolution. For a product that cost over €60, this is extremely disappointing. I expected a functional foam product, but what I received was unusable.

Product works and I'm seeing results after about 10 weeks. Only downside is the minoxidil leaves your hair pretty greasy so I only apply it at night before bed. Would be great if they made a lighter formula but I know that's kind of just how minoxidil is. Not their fault really.

Product arrived promptly and efficiently. I purchased the foam but all of the bottles have turned to liquid, making it near-on impossible to apply. The bottles never went above room temperature so am unsure as to why it happened. Foligain did quickly refund these bottles but am unsure as to whether any future purchases will do the same?

For future use, here are some important pump instructions that can help ensure proper dispensing: IMPORTANT PUMP INSTRUCTIONS: Shake well before each use to help ensure consistent foam dispensing. This product is packaged in a nonpressurized air pump bottle. Before first use, prime the pump by pressing it several times until foam dispenses. Always hold the bottle straight upright when pumping. Do not pump at an angle or upside down. Press the pump firmly and fully each time. As the bottle gets low, a few extra pumps may be needed to re prime the dispenser. If foam does not dispense properly, gently tap the base of the bottle on a flat surface, keep the bottle upright, and pump again. Do not open, puncture, or disassemble the bottle. If you’d be open to it, we’d be glad to send you a replacement or recommend alternative formats that may better suit your needs. Order stuck at Swiss customs. No delivery, no proactive support. I ordered from Foligain’s Swiss website and my parcel (tracked via Swiss Post) arrived at the Pratteln C sorting centre on 26 March 2026 — and has not moved since. No delivery, no explanation. After doing some research, I found multiple reviews from other Swiss customers describing the exact same situation: the product quantity sold by Foligain cannot legally be imported into Switzerland, and packages are intercepted and destroyed by the Illegal Medicines Control Unit in Bern. This is not a one-off — it’s a known issue. What’s frustrating is that Foligain’s own Terms and Conditions for Switzerland acknowledge the import restrictions, yet they continue selling and shipping to Swiss customers without any clear warning at checkout. You pay, they ship, customs destroys it, and you’re left chasing a refund. I have contacted their customer service and am awaiting a resolution. I will update this review accordingly. If you’re based in Switzerland — think twice before ordering here. I already sent all the information through email, i am still waiting for an answer.
