Chef Simmy made an absolutely delicious Caribbean dinner for a birthday girl’s weekend. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I can’t handle very spicy food and it had just the right amount of spice for someone who prefers mild. I’m sure she can adjust the spice level as needed. Chef Simmy was also kind enough to take some group photos for us the capture the moment. If you want a stress-free dinner party at home, with fantastic food, hire Chef Simmy!

Jonathan is an incredible chef. Do not miss the chance to work him and his team. The only part I didn't like about the meal was that it ended. The branzino was life changing and the churros were the best I've ever had. Thank you!

We are Chicago Performance and Tuning Co., a professional racing team in GT World Challenge America racing a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 all of the United States. We have a crew of almost 20 people that need feeding 3 meals a day for almost a week several times a year. The paddocks always change, the setups are different, the conditions are variable, and the crew sometimes changes as well. Despite that, FFK & Chef Keenan always deliver above and beyond our expectations. From handling on the fly schedule changes that move meals times day of, to accommodating any and all diet and allergy restrictions for the crew. They do this by learning us as a customer and ingratiating themselves in our needs. They truly feel a part of our team when they're on site, and deliver healthy, filling, and delicious food for every meal. On top of that, our racing drivers are pro athletes, and despite the lack of a full scale kitchen, Chef Keenan has been able to meet their nutrition plans with diverse, lean, and nutrient dense foods and shakes throughout the race weekends. We used to travel outside of the track for dinners or catering options, and since swapping to FFK we'd NEVER go back to that. They have been a game changer, a time saver, and a critical cornerstone to our racing weekends. The car uses race gas to go, we use FFK to fuel our team!

Chef Jared was as amazing as his food! He arrived promptly and immediately began creating appetizers, a beautiful dinner and dessert. He was super easy to work with; very accommodating and polite! If you need an experienced chef with a down to earth personality - Chef Jared is who you are looking for.

Just had our dinner with Chef Jared. Amazing! First, he worked with us to offer a variety of menus with various options. As we had some people who didn’t eat fish, others who didn’t eat pork, as well as some food allergies, he helped design dishes to ensure that everyone would be able to try everything. We ultimately had a trio of wild game meatballs, spanakopita (with and without bread), an amazing short rib bolognese, and the show-stopper, s’mores cupcakes. These perfectly designed desserts had chocolate with a beeswax wick to allow cooking the marshmallows and then putting the chocolate between graham crackers. Ingenious! He was an interesting guy, who despite his claim of being introverted, was wonderful to get to know. I would recommend him highly. Jay Sandlow

Chef Dani made our experience super. Bringing everything needed for the meal, we chose a chicken entree and a beef entree. He was very personable and engaging while also being professional. He was very creative with his dishes and sauces, offering tastes we had not had before. He cleaned up the kitchen thoroughly as well. We would recommend him to others.

Chef Jeff came to a home some girlfriends and I were renting in Cape Coral to celebrate two of our friend's birthdays. Our group was getting ready to head out to dinner when Jeff arrived and surprised our group. He was such a pro playing along with my ruse. He prepared his Southern Charm feast while we relaxed and had fun. Everyone was so complimentary of not just the food, but how friendly and engaging Jeff was. I would hire him again with no hesitation. He was super prompt with all communications, and it such was a treat to have him prepare, serve and clean up.

We had a great time with Chef Jared. There were plenty of meal choices to choose from each of them sparked a different theme which was fun. We had 6 people for dinner and there was plenty of food for everyone, a lot for dinner which was nice. I personally loved the clam and mushroom soup- AMAZING!! He was professional, he spoke with everyone and answered everyone questions but wasn’t overly intrusive. He made himself at home in our kitchen and cleaned up after himself. He filled the dishwasher with dishes and then left the rest of the dishes rinsed and stacked which was perfect and made for an easy cleanup. We really enjoyed our time and the food and experience was perfect.

What an enjoyable evening we had with Chef Stephanie! Not only was the food amazing, but watching her create the dishes was artful in itself.
