More than fair return policy. I ordered a part and ended up not needing it. They gave me 80% refund and let me keep the part. I also had the option to return it for a full refund.

Placed order, shipping was not with any of the "listed" companies. Package was left afterhours and then stolen. Can't speak with a live service rep and everything has to be through an auto-bot. Same with the delivery company you use. Reordered product, took almost two weeks for the replacement causing us to lose a customer and we still HAVE NOT heard anything back on the credit requested for the stolen product dur to the negligence of the company you chose to deliver.

I received great service from FridayParts. I ordered a part for my older generator and the part was not quite the right one for my generator. Mine had 2 extra wires. They researched for the availability of the correct one but it isn't available anymore. They quickly refunded my money. I will check with FridayParts next time I need any parts for equipment repairs.

Correct parts, great price. Will be buying more in the near future. Do recommend. Took longer than expected but not by much, of course customs was a delay but with today's world of B/S it was fast reasonable and good. In translation, great price, great service, great speed and accuracy for the order. Also very nicely packaged so nothing could be damaged in shipment. Highly recommend.

I ordered a radiator for our older gehl skid steer. The OEM parts number lined up with this replacement. When I received it, the new radiator was much lighter, so not the same material, although it fit in perfectly and is working just as I would expect. Skid steer is cooling well with no problems. I was worried on how much lower cost it was compared to the equipment dealership. But it is a wonderful replacement. Materials are not as heavy but again this is 30+ years later so we have newer options we didn't have at that time so this is understandable. Delivery was great in a well protected box.
