Terrible service horrible arrangement you trust your self to put your order in a good and special service is terrible delivered to late you have to be in top of pushing them ... thanks hod I came to Chicago days after from California to find out the missarsble arrangement was delivered grocery stores flowers better than this kind of service ... Roses were basically dead
When my mom received the flowers. The roses were wilted and had brown on them like they were dying. The other flowers weren't the best either but better than the roses.

Flowers delivered looked nothing like…
Flowers delivered looked nothing like what I ordered and I paid for a $20 box of chocolates that weren’t received. As others have stated they offered $10 gift certificate and refund for missing chocolates. A great moment to celebrate my bestie with flowers & chocolates was disappointing.
