Against my order number 4564890. they issued the id i bought to someone else. What a fraud this is. I raised the support ticket and agent is now asking me that why was i not using the id. so if i am not using the code, you will issue it to someone else? THIS IS CALLED FRAUD

Bought a windows 10 home license

Bought a windows 10 home license. Was skeptical due to it only being £3. Funnily enough the key didn't work. I messaged them and received a response within maybe a minute. Sent them the information they required, they sent a different code and it worked perfectly. All sorted out within about 5 minutes. I would definitely get something from them again in the future.

Bought a microsoft office key but it wont activate. contacted support and the tried to fob me off saying it had already been activated. Yes but not by me. Wont give me another one. Tried to blame it on bots stealing keys. thats not my problem !!!!
