I use GTP regularly to book business travel. They have unbeatable prices, sometimes more than 40% cheaper than booking.com or similar websites. Great customer service too as there's always someone to help and answer all enquiries. Highly recommend
I was visiting Mumbai last August and they booked me into one the best hotels I have ever stayed at - Waterstone Boutique Hotel. It was amazing, cheap, and very close to the conference I was attending.

After an incident with one of the staff at GTP (about a hotel room booking), their sales manager had to step in to resolve the situation. The sales manager resolved the problem completely; but it would have been better if the problem didn't occur in the first place. My name is Avneesh and my reservation reference number is: T00475113
I can't reach anyone at any of the locations around the world at Global Travel Partners. I have an existing group booking and they have taken a hefty deposit and now I can't confirm that the reservation still exists. Anyone have any ideas on how to reach them? Do they still exist? I heard that the Vegas office is empty.
Courteous and committed member. However once did call in but unfortunately both agents were not in. The case was handled by one of the colleague who promises to called for second times to update on the status yet didn't receive any feedback on that day. However the next day Mark had assisted on the matter.
