My gosun solar oven was quickly delivered but with a small scratch on dark inside of the glass. It wasn’t likely to change the functionality so we accepted it. This was a gift as I’ve been happy with mine; cooks quicker than my American Sun Oven albeit smaller amounts of food.
Thanks for your patience and understanding! We’re thrilled your GoSun Oven is still bringing speedy, sunny meals and making such a thoughtful gift.
I received a defective battery, not user repairable. GoSun immediately responded to me regarding how to return the battery and for me to receive a new one. I have several GoSun products (Sport, E sport tray, Chill, two 60w tables, brew, breeze, two batteries); Everything works great. Just completed a road trip w/Chill in the car. No ICE needed (Ha!).
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're glad we could quickly help with the battery replacement and get you back up and running. It’s wonderful to hear how well your GoSun gear is performing—especially on your road trip with the Chill (no ice is always a win!). We truly appreciate your trust and continued support, and we're here anytime you need us.
What an incredible design! Whether its the Gosun Go or the Gosun Fusion, you will not be disappointed. We love both, because they work and work well. The design results in higher temperatures, and faster cooking times. Plus, the electrical option for nights or low sun, is absolutely fantastic.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying both the GoSun Go and the GoSun Fusion. It’s great to know the high temperatures, fast cooking times, and the electric backup option are making a real difference for you. We truly appreciate your support and trust in GoSun.
