The technician explained the entire process carefully, he was very knowledgeable and the team was overall pretty professional. Duck out of their duct cleaning offer

Offered duct , dryer vent cleaning, HVAC check. They did nothing related to HVAC unit. Their cleaning produced no dirt or dust from areas they vacuumed. Before starting tried to get extra me to sign for a $400 or extra $600 service contract. I explained only credit card, no cash but after work they claimed their system was down and wanted me to drive to a bank and get them the money.

SCAMMER and STALKER! Very scary!

Not only did they leave without completing the job, but LESS THAN A DAY after submitting the invoice they began harassing my business. OVER 80 PHONE CALLS IN ONE DAY! Their BBB rating is an F, and 1 out of 5 stars, and they have multiple alerts listed for NOT BEING LICENSED! Judging by the rest of the most recent Google reviews, sounds like we aren't the only ones who got scammed. I'm truly disgusted by their business practices, and I can't wait to see them in court.

Facebook $119 Chimney and Dryer…

Their Facebook $119 Chimney and Dryer Vent Cleaning in Houston for 1 story small home turned into $175 within 2 minutes. The man arrived with no sign on his truck, no business card and we received no receipt for service for our payment to Green City Pros. He asked for check or cash only. Tried to sell all kinds of extra services we did not need and very pushy/argumentative/aggressive hard sell. Green City Scammers…Beware of this company and their deceptive advertising and business practices.

Scam, Racist and Maniac ! Stay away!!

Please read these review !! They are criminals and scam! If you were scammed then file a violation to the Texas licensing site! They came and brought a wet vacuum!! There is no negative pressure machine like they advertised. They want additional 1500$ per unit to clean the air duct. I refuse because I just want their “quoted and agreed on “ price of $154 for 2 unit / unlimited air duck cleaning package but they insist to not do it and they want “service fee” The maniac and crazy boss “Sagi” is a racist guy. He called me a f#^#% Indian. Told his technician to destroy and break my ac system. He threaten to come and harm my family . Threaten to come and destroy my home.. I’ve filled a police report and they are monitoring.

Didn't clean my dryer vent correctly…

Didn't clean my dryer vent correctly and instead left it clogged. They sent a guy again, which didn't want to clean it, but instead wanted us to spend $1000 replacing the Dryer vent ducts. Ended up cleaning the dryer vent ourselves. Called back to request a refund and keep on getting told someone will call me back, its been over 24 hours without a call back. Their customer service reps are rude and they don't have management to speak to.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience Never again I would use this company.. Be carful I called and schedule for air duct cleaning, they showed up at my house were there for not even 20 min and left and still charge me for the service when they looked at and said my unit was a brand new unit (2 yrs) and didn't need any cleaning but I still had to pay for the service... Please be carful when I try talking to someone in the company all they cared for was the MONEY not client satisfactory !!! I tried providing proof of my surveillance recordings so he could see but he said it didn't matter if it took them 10 min when at the beginning he told me it takes about 30 min to clean so I ended up paying then dealing with people that have no experience and just promote themselves and people fall into their lies.

Green City Pros. BEWARE of this company

So i had a most eventful morning. So big bad Mark at Green City Pros AC servicing company sent me a text a few weeks ago about a special they were running. I responded to the text asking about the service they offered by repeating exactly what was promised in the initial text. He agreed to an AC tune-up, Dryer vent cleaning and, AC Duct cleaning all for $77. Two people came to my house, one man and a woman , i showed the woman where my attic was, in under 5 minutes she came back to me. "you have a lot of mold ,it gonna need remediation, thats gonna cost you around $2000" I told her "i cannot commit to $2000 on this service call" "ok we can sanitize for $1500" "Nope i won't commit to that either, she said "we have financing", (my thoughts awe hell its one of these calls) "maam could you just do what you came to do?" She said ok and moved on. 10 minutes later she came back to me. Will that be cash or card? "I said what about the AC Tune up you aren't going to do that? "we already did the tune up" "when , how, the unit is outside?" She said ok where is the unit, I opened the door showed her the unit, she looked at it and told me it looks Ok . " what about the tune up?" "I looked at the unit, it looks fine" "maam even if it looks fine am i not entitled to a tune up? She then started this argument that, the AC tune-up was not included in the service call i said its in the text, she asked to see the text i showed it to her she got on her phone took a picture of the text, and started texting back an forth with someone. After she got done texting, Now with an attitude and a stink face she said "That was a mistake they should not have included the AC tune-up in the deal", " thats not my concern are you going to do what you promised you would do" "ok we are going to do what we came to do, even though marketing made a mistake" "Could you please explain what that means?" "we are going to tune up the AC" "But the unit is outside" "We are going to do the part in the attic" I said "i have had tune-ups to my unit before, some attention is given to the outside unit as well" Then my phone rang, i assumed it was the company. This man came on the phone, pretty pissed letting me know. He was giving me what was offered, their tune-ups do not include freon checks or any touching of the unit which might leave them open to liability. "Sir you offered an AC tune-up, i am not paying for something i didn't get, price me up for the Dryer vent cleaning" He said no and started cussing. I pulled out my phone and start recording So this recording was the back end of a flurry of F Bombs over the little bit a money and threats to call the police and have me arrested and unleash his 21 strong company and their hundredaire legal team on me. He said the price quoted for the service call not the service itself. To which I asked him to hold so i can call my lawyer to see if this was even legal. He hung up .So i am sitting outside the last 3 hours waiting for the police to come arrest me. The recordings can be heard on my FB page

They are fraud. They scam people technically. I think they purchase all paid reviews on google, facebook, thumbtack, yelp and bbb. not recommend them. Be carefully everyone. thanks
