Great service and support. My one comment is that the showroom needs to remove seasonal displays after the season is over.
Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear you enjoyed our concierge service, and appreciate your feedback regarding showroom decor.
I worked with Janet Carney, and her colleague (Brigid?) and valued their incredible expertise and design advice. They were incredibly flexible, prompt and responsive and the back splash and feature wall in my kitchen is what makes it stand out. The cost was reasonable as well. I am going back to talk about countertops once Covid is over.

We could not have asked for a better experience. From the minute we walked in the Door, the sales staff were attentive and helpful. We were able to find what we needed, even some “odd” pieces. We were notified when It shipped, when it arrived, and they gave us the option of having it drop shipped or picking it up. They helped us with all the other things we needed so that there were no delays in the project. Truly a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back when we do our next project!!! Garden State Tile is great! I’m always nervous about picking out permanent things for my house. I worked with Glen and he made it very easy. I gave him an idea of what I liked and he just put it together for me. The tile was high quality and not crazy expensive. We ran short of tile midway through construction and they were able to get it to us quickly. My Master Bathroom looks beautiful! Thank you so much.
Thank you for your 5-star review, Stacey! Enjoy your new master bathroom!
Garden State Tile has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a design challenge of having to choose styles via FaceTime and emails. And our designers were up for the challenge. They were very responsive ( which is key!) and made beautiful selections for the entire house based upon our phone conversations and emails. Their selections perfectly suited our coastal style for this project. I’d recommend Garden State Tile to anyone looking to work with true creative designers.
