Decent company to buy from. Contacted me about missing document that should have been included. Great customer service!

Seamless in every sense - communications, payment and transfer of FFL information to my gun shop. Separately, it would be nice to get a refund that has been sitting on my account for several years and I cannot get it refunded, nor applied for credits.

GunBroker was great. USPS shipping is terrible. My rifle took 12 days to ship from WI to PA.

My experience was ok. Things went smoothly for the most part. However, when dealing with a private seller, the process is slow because it usually involves mailing checks or money orders and then waiting for them to clear before the gun is sent. I wish there was a faster, more conveinent way to buy from small time sellers. The other thing I would like to see improves is the site's search engine. Right now it is hard to get results that only return what you are looking for. The current system ofte returns unrelated results.
