Great service and the hinges got here quickly but one was very tight to turn. Like the pin was bent. I installed them because we had guests coming and needed the kitchen project finished but the door doesn't move like it should.
Quality product. Staff of clowns. Refused to acknowledge my shipping time frustration and because I used language they were offended by, said I couldn’t buy from them again. I removed my marginally negative review.
The quantity I ordered was not in stock at the warehouse, so Eddie send my order to the manufacturer so it could be shipped directly to my address. He verified my order was in transit and confirmed the carrier. This was great customer service. Nicely done.
Finding parts were easy. Payment was easy. I will order again.
Hardware Source had exactly the hinge I needed for my kitchen cabinets. What’s more, I was able to order just the part that had broken instead of the whole hinge. It arrived in good order and at a reasonable price.
you contacted me by phone to indicate you were out of stock and suggested an alternative and then completed the order
Large selection quality products fair prices and fast shipping what else can you ask for!
The website had lots of information and when I called to ask a question the person was very helpful. The item was shipped fast and the price was reasonable.
The cabinet restraint chain is perfect for my application. I ordered the oil-rubbed bronze finish listed as 12" long with 8 anchor screws. The product is just as advertised and fit perfectly! The quality is better than I expected for the price. The chain is heavy-duty and constructed of material that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The end-anchors are well made & have four counter-sink holes to accommodate the beveled screws, ensuring a flush fit when installed. The oil-rubbed bronze finish is of very high quality and not simply painted on. I expect the finish will not rub off over time, as again it is obvious the manufacturing method is superior. I would highly recommend this product and seller.
Xcellent price quality service. Exact replacement parts I needed. Norm
Excellent customer service and very helpful
Had in stock, difficulty to find hinge set. Store personnel very helpful. Received very promptly. Great experience.
Great service and able to speak to someone!
They continued to guide me to the correct hinge. When I ordered the hinge, it was delivered in the time frame that was mentioned. The hinge fit as suggested when I installed it. I guess you can only ask that returns were free, but they are not, but they did not lie about it and were up front about it. Honesty is more important than free returns.
Just what I needed thank u! Chart was helpful to know which ones to order
