I was charged on my credit for a subscription that I never sign up for. All I did was check out your site and was charged 133.20 on 6/21. I would really like to be reimbursed.
Olga Panties
So glad to see that the Olga panties are back to their original cut and quality. Thank you!

The item took several months to get shipped. When it shipped, it didn't have the house number attached to the shipping record (I do not know why) and it got returned to your warehouse. At which time, your company threatened a restock fee of $10 or a reshipping of $10 to the correct address. Needless to say, I got the underwear and they were too big. I want to return them, but fear there will be a restocking charge on a pair of underwear that are already $42 plus shipping, plus shipping again. I will never to business with HerRoom again.
My beautiful bras arrived promptly
My beautiful bras arrived promptly. Even on sale they're pricey. If they last, Ill be happy.
Good products and service
My order was partially sent quickly. Two items were not available but I was notified quickly. I waited for rest of order and then decided to cancel it. I was promptly refunded. Total good experience. I will continue to order from this company. Product selection is outstanding.
Easy order process
Easy order process, fast e-mail confirmation of order, and shipment with tracking. I usually order through Nordstroms for these reasons. HerRoom had same product in colors Nordstrom’s did not have so I took a chance, and am very happy all around. Thank you!

SENT MY GIFT ORDER TO ME INSTEAD OF THE RECIPENTfor…
I ordered some items for my Sister for her birthday and requested that it be sent directly to her; I selected her address, but for some reason, your website showed my address in the order confirmation that you sent to me. I contacted you and asked you to correct the error. I was told that you could not. No sure why you could not correct the issue since I had informed you of the error immediately. So, I had to send the order to my Sister!!!
Easy order and fast delivery.

The BETSY BRIEF is the actual replacement for the LOLLIPOP BRAND of underpants. You have something else listed as its replacement and you are getting NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I WAS HAPPY TO FIND THE BETSY BRIEF. I hope it wears as well as the lollipop briefs I still have.
