My experience with Scott / Hive Digital Solutions was great. I can write about it only now; I never succeeded in authenticating myself with Trustpilot before... Anyhow, in brief. I live and work in China, and in Sept 2022 I changed my employer. As an expat, it can be quite complicated to provide all the documents requested by the Chinese authority. At that time, China still had not joined the Apostille. So it was requested to provide a Chinese Consular Authentication of my degree to apply for the new working permit. Before finding Scott, I lost most of my hopes. I contacted several notary and layer firms in the USA (my degree is from a US university), and despite their willingness, all of them said that probably, as I'm not American, it would be mostly difficult to have the Chinese Consulate to authenticate my degree, as they would have asked for other American documents that I don't have... Finally, I reached Scott, and the process was easy to follow; he provided me with all the straight, detailed instructions, and then he got the documents I needed in the time forecasted. Everything went smoothly. I can recommend them for their supportive and professional attitude. Great value!
