Hobbylinc became my go-to hobby store when the local brick-and-mortar hobby shop closed. They almost always have what I'm looking for, at a decent price, with reliable delivery. The only problem I've ever had was a shipment in which a glass paint jar got broken. I informed them via email, they responded within a few minutes with the option of sending a replacement or reimbursing my credit card, and resolved the matter immediately. I like 'em!
I ordered a Trumpeter 1/700 Tirpitz last Christmas Eve on December 24. Shipper is USPS and estimated arrival is at January 6 Thursday 1 day before my birthday but much to my shock, it arrived earlier than i expected at morning on January 4 Tuesday. I checked out the kit after opening the package and i saw that everything is complete. No missing parts. Good job guys. Will definitely order from you again.
