Love love love this program!

We love Hoffman, I have recommended it to so many friends! Two of my kids have used it. I love the independence it inspires, not to mention the good practice habits it instills.

Wonderful music program

My 6-, 9-, and 11-year-olds have learned so much in our year with Hoffman Academy! They learn piano, solfege, and music reading all in one program, and with three kids in lessons, this is the only way we could have afforded to do this! They love Mr. Hoffman, who brings so much joy to their lessons.

I love love love your method of teaching music especially to small children. I searched a lot of sites but yours was the most organized easy to follow site I found. I thank the Lord for you. I am teaching my granddaughter music and she loves the stories and games.

Well paced lessons and fun

Well paced lessons, great for beginner kids but also good enough for Adult learners. Interesting and varied musical pieces to learn. Prompt feedback to questions. Good variety of extra songs available to learn.

Above average piano lessons

We have been using Hoffman Academy for three years now. Last year, we purchased the Lifetime membership for both of our children because we love it so much. The lessons are engaging and organized perfectly. They are very advanced compared to others that take in person piano lessons in our area! We are very impressed.

An enjoyable way to learn piano

Both of my daughters are enjoying Hoffman Academy. They both know more about piano and music in general than I learned in 4 years of lessons as a kid. My oldest is nearly finished with level 12 and my youngest is in level 2. They like the extra lessons for popular songs.

Love this method!

Gentle humour inspires good habits, proper piano posture, and discipline ("only play on the days that you eat!") which lead to satisfying results. The teacher is always patient and kind, understanding about mistakes, reminding students to give themselves time to learn, and sharing his joy in making music.

Worthwhile investment!

Our kids have had such a wonderful experience with Hoffman Academy! They enjoy Mr. Hoffman and his silly skits at the end of each lesson. As a mom, I love to see them enjoying it (piano practice is a treat instead of a fight!) and I consider it a worthwhile investment because I can see their gains in knowledge and skill.

Mr Hoffman is great!

We first watched the free YouTube videos, then tried 2 months' premium, then changed to yearly and eventually lifetime membership! Every time I emailed to ask about membership payment, the CS is super helpful! And kids ( and I,the mom too ) really like the videos and the tasks and games! Perfect for kids and adults to learn piano. Did I tell you we tried other apps or online videos too but none are as good, easy to learn and interesting! (my daughter loves the finger puppets)

I've used Hoffman Academy for several years now as an adult learner. I cannot say enough good things about it! I love the convenience of being able to do lessons on my own time. The instruction is absolutely amazing given that it's a video lesson. Mr. Hoffman knows all the areas where you're likely to mess up and gives clear instructions on how to improve. I love the practice sessions too! I'm so grateful this resource exists!

Perfect for getting kids to learn music

As a parent who's not nurturing a future pianist, Hoffman Academy provides the resources to help me teach my kids music at home. The pace of learning is good, the music theory part builds a good foundation for understanding music and not just know how to play songs. The only downside for me is the webapp can be a bit buggy at times. Otherwise it's the best piano programme for kids online!
