It's amazing that these websites are able to openly scam people with no consequences. Just cheat us and don't even care. For everyone who is saying the same thing they don't care just keep giving the same response. It's really not right. I pray for justice for all of us whom have been scammed by inboxdollars🙏🙏

Bad customer support

As a new participant I accumulated about $18 planning to redeem at $20 and go on from there. They suspended my account with no explanation. I protested and they "reinstated" my account and gave me a link to sign in but it was to open a new account without the prior credits. I could not log in and the tally stayed at $0.00. So I quit.

Look beyond the surveys

I actually don't use this site for the surveys. I've earned back hundreds by using it when I rent hotel rooms, cars, and on VRBO. Definitely worth it.

At first, it was OK after four months finally got a $13.81 and it takes 15 to cash out next day. My account was locked two days later. My account was blocked and a little pop-up says contact customer service which is nonexistent just a chat bot. I did nothing wrong to be locked out or blocked out besides being just a few surveys away from being able to cash out. If I could upload screenshots, I wouldBoooooooo…..InboxDollars. Booooooooo……. I just want my account unlocked.

Ive used this app for years and it stopped working tried everything,on-off,uninstall,reinstall ,looked for updates and it doesnt work and cant get ahold of customer service,at all, so its come to this. The phone app isnt working

SCAM: Shut down my account after spending 100$+ and claimed it was Terms of Service violation. Spend hours over the phone for nothing because they think I'm a robot. NICE.

My account was suspended due to an infraction I supposedly committed. I was given a very generic sentence from the 'user conduct' as a reason that really didn't tell me anything. After repeated inquiries trying to find out what exactly I had done the only thing they told me was that they stood by their review of my account and deleted it. They also kept my $46+ dollars I had accumulated and I still don't know what the infraction was. I feel I should have at least been told what the EXACT problem was, not the generic sentence, so I would know how I needed to adjust. But in the last communication, I was told in BOLD type that the issue has been closed! That's fine.

Inbox Dollars is a Scam

My experience with inbox Dollars is just Beware. You will be wasting a lot of your time and it will be for nothing. I ended up getting a lot of points/credits and decided it was time to start cashing in. I did notice though that one of them I was not getting credit for and it was for a good amount of money. I had emailed them twice about it. This particular one I had actually took pictures of it just to confirm, and I also had confirmation that I would receive credit on it from Inbox Dollars....since that time, they changed the qualifications on how you would receive credit on it. Meanwhile I already did what was asked for me when it first came out. So I cashed out on the points that I did have and got gift cards. I still had money left in there and I was waiting on what I had emailed them. The next morning, I woke up and my account was closed. I could not get into it. We went back-and-forth for about two weeks and they told me they had no idea why I could not get into it. Then they told me it was fixed and everything was OK. I again tried could not get into it. I emailed them and then they told me that my account was shut down because I was using bots. I could not believe it. What kind of shady stuff is that? Then after doing my research, I realized that this is not uncommon for them. Once they owe someone any kind of money, this is what they do. When I responded to their email, they would not answer me. Of course they won't, they know they are full of it. This is my first time doing something like this, and absolutely will be my last time. Such a waste of your time. You don't have to take my word for it, just research their name and look on Reddit. You will see that this is not uncommon for them. I wish I would've done the same.

I've joined up a few times over the years and left for the same reason every single time. I get close to $20 in earnings and then... I will attempt 19, 20 surveys a day for a week or so, not qualify, take my $17 and leave. I can complete up to 40% of a survey and suddenly not qualify. There is nothing you can do but getting kicked out for answering questions up to 40% reeks of a scam.

I want to know why I have so many surveys that say Started but no points? I have a lot of those. If I was disqualified it should say that , but to say started and the points available why did I not get any points?

How do I contact real costumer service?on the app theres just a bot even though it says that live chat is available 9 am untill 6 pm I think. I cashed out a $15 virtual prepaid Mastercard and I got an email it's ready to claim but they locked me out of my account and I tried to reactivate it but I can't sign in at all. It said in the cash out email "to receive payment your account must be active on processing date." Sadly I was busy so I wasn't active all the days it was processing. INBOXDOLLARS can you please help me the chat is just an unhelpful bot and there is a place to submit a request but when I press on submit request it's a blank screen. How can I get the $15. INBOXDOLLARS if you answer please dont tell me to go to the activity ledger cause I'm locked out of my account. It's impossible to get in.

they suck and are a big time wasting scam I don't know what happens to them but ever since they require id verification inboxdollar has taken a drastic dnose dive in quality and fun. the degenerate and ineptitude levels of greed are gross and I advice everyone to stay away from them
