It was an amazingly simple process. I started with the Chat. Within a minute, I had a phone number to call. Josie Oldham answered right away, asked me about my goals, then determined I needed to speak with Cooper Smith.
Josie was cheerful, competent, and encouraging. She was enthusiastic about listening to my situation and then connecting me to Cooper to complete the process of applying for my nonprofit status.
My next connection was with Cooper Smith. He was equally cheerful, encouraging, and competent. I am amazed that they could make this process so easy for me. I had been looking for an attorney who could help us through this process. I expected it to be arduous and expensive.
