I’ve been working with Shannon going on 3 years now. It’s always a pleasure to have her help, with her taking so much pressure off of me to keep everything in legal standings with my business. Thank you again Shannon! I highly recommend Inc Authority for anyone starting a new business. Warmest regards, Deb Price

My experience was great.Dymond was super helpful straight forward and super professional with the best energy I've heard over the phone in a long time
Scammed me for 3x the regular price for registered agent that I did not authorize a renewal for after charging my card for several other things I did not authorize . Dishonest liars, who sends someone to collections for a bill they never agreed to or asked for? Corporate scumbuckets.
Explaining was in great detail. Information was given that was new to me and very helpful

“Kolby was great to work with at Inc Authority. He was professional, helpful, and made the LLC setup process easy to understand. He answered my questions clearly and helped me feel confident getting Joe Knoc’s Mobile Mechanic started. Highly recommend working with

I can not say enough good things about my experience working with Isaiah O'Connor, an account specialist with the company. Setting up a business can seem overwhelming at times, but he reached out to me to see if I needed assistance in obtainingmy EIN & LLC, and made the entire process completely seamless. He was very attentive in making sure I had all the information needed, questions answered, what my comparison options would be, and followed up with me multiple times. The company genuinely will file your EIN & LLC for free, only charging the state mandatory fees, and they include a free year of registered agent service. They definitely will try and upsell you in various areas, but will also be honest with the difference between what you NEED, and what you could possibly WANT to add on as an extra operating agreements. If you are looking to start a business and need someone who genuinely cares about getting everything done right, ask for Isaiah! Highly, highly recommended!
Inc Authority made it easy to complete my request
Josie Oldham was a delightful person who showed compassion, understanding, and overall perfect with this experience! If all service members were as good I would actually take time to listen even if I didnt care to hear what they were saying...
