I ordered several sets. After completion of the payment I received an email that two sets weren't available at that moment. The company made an attractive offer instead. I'm pleased with the commercial solution but it took a lot of emailing and time! Bottom line: in my experience they strive towards good customer service. To me that's the most important.

Have bought alternatives to Lego before. All had many missing pieces. Thought I would try JMBricklayer Bought the warship and was impressed by the detail. All parts and pieces were in package. Might add though. The base has a sticker with BASEMARCK BATTLESHIP. (Maybe it is a play on words? But for future, maybe had a Bismarch sticker as that is what the ship is supposed to be. Besides that. I will probably buy another JMBRICKLAYER set

I built the RC F1 MOC 61127 Orange racecar and was very happy with the build. The car looks great and the RC works well. This is a must buy for any race car fan! The only improvement I would make would be to have printed tires rather than stickers as they do not adhere terribly well to the tires.

I won a 40% off prize ( 1st time winner) and the process was great from the beginning... little upset to find out I had to pay a special shipping fee from my bank but thankfully it wasn't much.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you received a reward, and we look forward to your participation again. Regarding the issue of paying for special shipping fee, our system does not show this charge. Currently, our website offers free shipping and does not incur additional costs. Could you let us know what is the special freight you mentioned? Is it collected at the time of payment or other time? Thank you for providing the specific detail to us. Once we confirmed, we will arrange a refund for you. We await your prompt response.
In regards to the fee apparently it's a charge the banks put on somehow and they can charge anywhere from 1%-3% for buying overseas apparently. So it's not a huge deal but we had to look into the fee. Only charged 1% this time....
Thank you for your feedback. We will give feedback to the receiving bank in cooperation, and we will provide a satisfactory solution later. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
