What they do very well is working for the W-2 market segment. They do poorly in the C-2-C market segment. They should council if they can to employers, why are those employers surprised to find the lowest quality personnel, when employers are looking to pay sub rate yet expect top shelf quality. People seeking employment is because those folks ARE NOT PHILANTHROPIC ENTITIES. So pay accordingly.
