First Order/Never Again

First order, all the fragrances were good except one. That fragrance was Al Absar Treats Vaniluxe. I sprayed it and it smelled like plastic and acetone. I turned to TikTok, and found it had been recalled for, catch this, smelling like plastic and acetone. Tiktokers said GiftExpress was the only company carrying the new batch. I didn't call Jomashop to start the return because I didn't think I needed to. I started a return. Followed the instructions to the T. I returned the item with a note that said I was sure it was a part of the batch that had been recalled. The bottle date was 2025. The new batch is 2026. I have a bottle here from GiftExpress that was bottled in 2026 and it smells amazing. The bottle from Jomashop cost me $21, but I only got $2 back because I didn't call in. I called in to ask why I didn't get my full refund, recorded the conversation, and it was because when I started the return, I selected "didn't like," and because I used the online service to do the return. Yeah, I didn't like a recalled fragrance that smells like plastic and acetone. Avoid this company. They may have cheap stuff, but it's obviously cheap for a reason. They don't check to make sure their items haven't been recalled, and if you return them, they run a scam to keep the money.

Outstanding Swarovski Kris Bear Prices and Selection
