Great experience as usual. It took a couple of days before the package was mailed because I ordered on a weekend. But the item is legit and it arrived promptly once it shipped. Jomashop has been a valued source for me. This wasn't my first order, and it won't be my last.

I love the wide range and quality of items carried by your website. What I do not like is the fact that once you purchase items you cannot change or alter anything before shipment even if the order was placed in error . The website needs to be more use flexible and user friendly by allowing changes to items once the item hasn't shipped and especially if the order has just been placed.
Excellent company . I had ordered 5 perfumes I received my package missing 2 items and looks like someone tampered with it and stole them . I contacted Jomashop and they resent me back my stolen items when though it took a longer time and a few customer service long phone calls but they did send my items back . And certainly authentic high quality products . I've been shopping with them for a couple of years and they're great 😃👍
Arrived sooner than expected. Excellent packaging. My wife liked it enough for me to place a second order. Authentic. Starts vibrant and then settles to a warm balanced scent – not over powering but lasts several hours. Very good pricing.

I ordered 6/22, on 7/31 it was 'delivered'. It was never delivered and the tracking on delivery wasn't even to my address. I reached out a few times prior to delivery to ask why it keeps going between IL and CA. The response was very auto reply, saying delivery can take some time. My issue wasn't time but why it kept bouncing between the two states, which was never addressed. I still don't have an item but I'm hoping they'll at least refund me.
