Thank you for your feedback. Please note that when we detect a duplicate account, it doesn't necessarily mean that you personally created a second account. A duplicate connection can also result from: - Using the same device as another player, - Sharing the same IP address or living at the same address, - Using the same phone number, - Using the same payment methods, etc. According to our Terms and Conditions, such connections are not allowed, and bonus restrictions may apply in these cases. We understand this can be frustrating, but these measures are in place to ensure fairness for all players. If you believe this was flagged in error, please feel free to contact our support team for a detailed review.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for being with us for over a year — we truly appreciate your loyalty! We're very happy to hear that you've had great experiences and enjoyed some good payouts. We did notice, however, that your review includes only one star. If that was unintentional, we’d be grateful if you could update your rating to better reflect your experience. Every review means a lot to us, and your support helps us continue to improve and grow. Wishing you the best of luck in your future games!

Haven’t really had a problem with joo
Haven’t really had a problem with joo. I’ve been with joo for a few months and have enjoyed my time thought when I tried to to do my first withdrawal I didn’t realise the minimum as $300 for a bank transfer and didn’t really have any other way to withdrawal so that was a bummer. Other than that is been good and fun.

Joo Casino is my favorite online casino. I play on many but always return to Joo Casino as they have the best games with RTP.
