KNIT PICKS did a great job getting my parcel to me quickly. They were also helpful with my concerns over tracking the parcel. Love the fibre and already busily knitting a Fairisle Jumper for my daughter's birthday. Haven't knitted fairisle for over 40 years, and have never knitted anything top down so taking it slow and enjoying the challenge!
I think your selection, pricing, and quality seems good! Your website is easy to use, and I like being able to save to a wishlist. The frequent discounts are nice too. My only complaint is that your shipping process is inefficient; I’ve ordered twice now and both times the standard shipping goes through DHL and is then picked up by USPS, and it all takes over a week to send something from a warehouse in Columbus to me in Buffalo, maybe four hours away. I don’t know anything about business logistics, but it seems to me that shipping directly through USPS, if possible, would get things to people faster. Other than that though, I’m very happy with KnitPicks!
I live Knit Picks and buy all my supplies there. It’s just hard when shipping time is so slow. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and am still waiting… Thai has been the average wait time, which is pretty frustrating especially when I purchased materials to make holiday presents.
