I had difficulty finding a way on your website to order a 12" downrod (independently, without ordering a fan). I used the live chat feature and connect with Shannon A. She provided me with a link to a cart with the downrod only, which I was then able to order for the fan we already have. Success!
The company is refreshingly easy to deal with. They are an established and reputable firm with a proven track record that gives me great peace of mind. I trust their commitment to a frictionless resolution should a product need to be sent back. I appreciated the transparent and detailed descriptions, they covered every technical requirement perfectly. I really appreciate the clear labeling, no more digging through fine print for bulb details.
I am so excited about my new lamp! I have been looking and looking and finally landed on the LampsPlus site and am completely delighted at the hundreds of options, looks like nice quality too and pretty fair prices, I’d say. I look forward to future visits to this wonderful company’s site.
