Hi Donk, We're very sorry to hear this but we've attempted to contact you several times via phone and the phone number placed on the order is disconnected. We shipped your order within 5 business days. That's exactly how it is advertised. It is a custom assembly that is manufactured to your specifications. We took a look at how you entered the address. You put your house number then a comma and entered the street name three times. We suspect that caused an issue with UPS. UPS shows your order is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. They very well may have attempted to call you but would not have been able to get in touch with you since the phone number is disconnected. This issue was completely outside our control. You could have called us at any point or reached out to UPS to get this worked out right away. This review is the first time we're hearing of this issue. We've sent you an email explaining everything in detail and once again we've attempted to contact you via phone but were not able to do so since the number you provided is disconnected. UPDATE: Your order now shows delivered and it was confirmed wiht UPS that the way in which you entered the shipping address caused the issue. The street number was entered then a comma, and they the street name three more times after it like below: Street Number, Street Name, Street Name, Street Name City, State, Zip Code Sincerely, LANshack

Hi Louis, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration this caused. In this case, we did not meet the production timeframe that was originally quoted, and we understand how disappointing that is—especially when expedited shipping was selected. It has been 10 business days and we state and estimated 4-5 business days for manufacturing. Unfortunately our production department has been a little backed up. As soon as this issue was brought to my attention, I personally reviewed the order with our production team to ensure it was completed and shipped immediately. To make things right, we refunded the shipping charges and provided an additional discount on the order. While we strive to deliver every order on time, we recognize that we fell short here, and we're taking steps internally to prevent similar delays in the future.
