Amerisave is a terrible organization
Amerisave is a terrible organization. You at LendingTree should reevaluate your relationship with Amerisave. This process was 4 weeks of horrible communication and hundreds of phone calls that no one at Amerisave answers nor returns. I had to cancel and will use another company. I had to call over a dozen times a day for anyone to finally respond to my inquiries about what was needed from me and what a potential timeline looked like. Amerisave never could stay on their timeline and after 4 weeks of this unprofessional behavior informed me that they had to change the loan terms. Unacceptable
