Simple, easy, quick & affordable!
I was able to enter my selections from an old contact lens prescription and select the brand of my choice. I saved SO much money and received my contacts within a week! I will be using LensPure going forward!

Disappointed
This is my second time using them. The first time was great. This time no. I was sent old Biofinity contacts near their expiration date, that do not hold moisture, and fold in on themselves as soon as drops are added. I complained and asked for a refund, and was told that I would have to pay to reship the unopened box of contacts (they cost about 38$, and to ship will cost me $33 to ship back to Canada), so I have wasted my money on contacts that are old, are labeled for sale only in Singapore (I live in the States), and cannot return them because I gain nothing, only lose more money. I’ll not be using LensPure again, even though I was previously glad to use them for my order.

Buying contact lens was great
Buying contact lens was great. The cost to buy the third set was not very good. Overall, the experience was very good.
Had an important event and ordered…
Had an important event and ordered contacts over 11 days ago. Nothing ever came and the support takes days to response. They only tell me to look at canadapost tracking. USPS tracking was invalid and unavailable the whole time. (which I brought up to them but received a very generic response) Very disappointing experience.

I got a 30 pack of Dailies contact…
I got a 30 pack of Dailies contact lenses And so far out of 20 lenses 6 have been ripped right when I open it .. now I have been wearing contact lenses for 30 years or more .. I expect that maybe a couple would b defective but this is way to many lenses that are ruined .. I already complained a couple times a month ago but to tell the truth I don’t care about putting back 19.or 20 dollars back on my card .. I would rather have good lenses to wear . I depend on my contact lenses to do everything.. I literally can’t drive , cook ,or do anything else without them.. so to say the least I’m disappointed. This is my first time using your company.. thank you for taking the time to read this .. ( if you do). Thanks again Kathleen Mc Brien

I got what I ordered and didnt have to…
I got what I ordered and didnt have to waste my time with giving my doctor info, which is very helpful because I dont have an eye doctor. They allow me to just enter the prescription I have listed on my box of contacts, and then they ship it to me!
