Very responsive to any questions that we had during set up. I do recommend setting it up in advance of the actual event in case there are any questions. We did have some problems replacing the photo paper during the event, but it was the end of the evening and we just went with sending pictures electronically. Photos were good quality and overall pleased with the experience. Would rent again.

I booked the booth last minute. I was able to get everything the day prior of the event. UPS had told me it would be delayed in the time of delivery, but the company made sure I had it on time for my receptions. I ended up getting both in time and guest had a great time with the booth. Easy to set up and breakdown with instructions including. Staff was available for any questions or changes I need it. Would definitely use them again!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They said the printer would be delivered a day before our event. It was delivered two hours before we walked down the aisle. My husband (the tech guy) obviously wasn’t able to get it working during our wedding. Then when i reached out for a refund. They insisted we used the printer (which never happened and all 130 of my guests can attest to that). The company is horrible and their product is literally just an ipad on a stick. The company couldn't even have our custom template installed in the online version of the photos (again, which we paid extra for). My guests and I could not be more disappointed in LoveStream
Our records tell a different story, in writing. When UPS lost the printer in transit, we proposed a replacement arriving by noon on the event day. This customer's husband approved that plan by text and confirmed someone would be there to receive it. UPS's proof of delivery shows it arrived at 10:36 AM, ahead of the agreed window. Our team texted them that morning confirming delivery and offering dedicated setup support. The booth captured 189 images that evening and produced prints. Any print or design formatting issue was a settings matter our support team resolves in minutes. Our line was staffed until midnight, and we never received a single call or text. Before any review was posted, we received a written demand for a full refund stating that otherwise '130 guests' would leave 1-star reviews, language this review repeats. That campaign has been reported to Trustpilot and is under investigation. We remain willing to resolve any legitimate service issue through appropriate channels, as we have offered from the start.

We had a bit of a hiccup with the equipment due to a part that blew on install but my wedding coordinator called Livestream and they immediately troubleshot the issue and told us what needed to be done and we had no issues. I was a bit hesitant to order a selfie booth online and “hope and pray” it wasn’t a scam but it wasn’t! Will definitely rent from them again!

I highly recommend this product and company. This photo booth was the perfect add-on to my daughter’s graduation party. We originally only reserved the digital booth and about a week before we added the printer. Boy, are we glad we did! Our party guests loved being able to print the pictures while still getting a digital copy for posting. Lovestream went above and beyond to make sure the printer arrived in time and the set up was simple. My teenagers set up the program without any glitches. Thank you, Love stream for your service.

Everything was great from start to finish! The equipment arrived the day before my event. Setup was super easy! I had a technical question about the picture format and was able to speak with a Lovestream rep right away over the phone. They also provided a text number and I was able to communicate with them over text as well. They responded to texts right away. The return process was also very easy. I would use Lovestream again in the future!

I didn’t get the printer the day before the event (it was lost in transit I guess). So they sent the printer a few hours before my wedding the next day and overnighted it. But the printer didn’t work and I’m not going to spend ours troubleshooting it during my wedding. They also refused to issue a refund for at least the late printer and they also didn’t do the custom background either that I paid for. If you look at other reviews about them they don’t issue refunds at all so watch out— pretty shady company compared to other options. My wife really wanted a photo booth and honestly if I knew there was a possibility of this not working or getting shipped in time I would’ve just bought a printer/iPhone/tripod and not had the hassle.
We're sorry UPS lost the original printer shipment, that was frustrating for everyone. When it happened, we sourced a replacement the same day, shipped it Next Day Air Saturday Delivery at our cost, and confirmed the delivery plan with this customer by text, who approved it and confirmed someone would be there. It arrived at 10:36 AM, ahead of the window we quoted and hours before the reception. The booth captured 189 images that night, and our support team was available until midnight without receiving a call.
