quick and efficient
Still waiting for backordered items; but the rest of my order arrived quickly and I was notified immediately about backordered items - I don't mind waiting for them.

Got exactly what I wanted at a fair price and shipped fast :0)
Love this company!
I love Luna Bazaar! I have ordered a couple times now and will order again from them. The products are excellent quality, and more impressive in person! The one time I had to contact customer service, they were so helpful and very nice to work with!
No fuss, no muss.
Easy to order, quick response time, and on time delivery. What more could you ask for?
Excellent Service & Product Quality
Received on time and product delivered was better than expected from website photo.
Charming selection, delivered right on time
I ordered some miniature ornaments for our tiny living Christmas tree, The stars and pine cones are lovely and perfectly scaled. We received the items quickly, and carefully packaged.
Best selection and best prices
Best selection of mercury glass ornaments anywhere and best prices. Arrived quickly and were well-packed.
Love it
Great shopping experience.
Amazing, unique products for reasonable prices
I'm really impressed with the lovely, quality products from this local company. One disappointment was with customer service - I was about $5 short of free shipping and asked for an "exception." The customer service rep said "No, sorry." That's really disappointing that she wasn't open to making an exception over $5.
Beautiful Ornaments!
I love these ornaments! They are heavy -but not too heavy. I ordered the orange color and they are perfect! They were packaged very well and they arrived quickly. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service
I had searched MANY websites trying to find rose gold mercury glass candle votives and Luna Bazaar had exactly what I was looking for! They had a beautiful collection of different shapes and sizes which we were also hoping to find. I ordered 8 sets of 6 of this collection and 5 were broken when they arrived. They were packaged well but could not handle the brutal holiday shipping and handling. After contacting a concerned but cheerful LB representative they graciously sent me an entire box of six to replace the 5 that were broken and I am happy that they all made it safely this trip! This company is on American soil and I will gladly order from them again! Thank you Luna Bazaar for a beautiful product and great customer service!
Nice...
The candle holders I purchased are lovely. I bought them as gifts. I would recommend this site and plan to do a bit of shopping, for me, after the holidays. So glad to have found the site. Rebecca
Beautiful, delicate items!
I ordered 3 orange lotus candle holders, and they are absolutely beautiful! They're a little smaller than I imagined (the image makes them seem a bit bigger), but the quality is awesome and they look lovely in our purple/orange-accented bedroom! I will definitely remember to look here the next time I am searching for accent pieces.
Silver Mercury Ornaments
Beautiful ornaments and service. Highly recommend. Many "where did you get those?" Will most certainly place more orders, for myself as well as friends.

Still haven't received package
I paid all the money and got nothing. I was told by Luna Bazaar to "call the post office." I've tried this multiple times and it's impossible to get anywhere. They have offered absolutely no help since then. Now I suppose I'll just have to dispute the charge on my credit card since i'm out of options.

Hey Kathryn, Unfortunately USPS will not discuss an delivery details with anyone except the recipient of the package. I would make this call for you otherwise. I can't speak to why you aren't able to reach anyone. I'm sorry for your frustration. Thank you for your feedback! -The Luna Team
All aspects A+
My order of Mercury Glass ornaments surpassed my expectations - not only were they beautiful and very high quality, but they came very well packaged. My intentions were to hand deliver these to a family member that lives 3 hours away, but they were so securely packed that I simply put them back into their original packaging and sent it on to them, saving me a lengthy trip. Thank you for a great purchasing experience - I will be returning to your site for future purchases with no reservations!
Lovely Candlestick
The glass mercury candlestick came very quickly and was just as described. It is very nice.
Love the silver mercury ornaments!
I purchased a bunch of large silver mercury Mona and Solene ornaments and LOVE them!!! They shipped fast, were in perfect shape when it arrived, they are good quality, and the price was extremely reasonable! I love the texture and the brass top - it was exactly what I had imagined to fill my dough bowl with! I'm so glad that I found this store. I will be sure to make a purchase again!
Love my Mercury glass votives!
Very pretty, like the variety in sizes and the quality. Arrived well packaged without any damage. Will order from this company again!
