Great Experience

Great experience with Ben. Enjoyed the process and following his artistic advice. Decided to make two suits with him at the end. Great service and attention to detail, and will highly recommend Made Suits.

Great product and excellent customer service

Ben is a great guy always very patient with excellent customer service. Ben also give good recommendations when comes to fabric selection, lining, and buttons, everything can be customize. I have been to many tailors in Singapore but none will bother to ask customer's opinion on the button and lining selection unless you pay for the expensive lining. Also many other tailors will not make recommendations and leave it to the customer to choose on their own for the buttons and lining, but Ben is different. He will lay out a few choices and tell you the good and bad about each before giving you his opinions. This is the part that I value the most in my bespoke experience with Made Suits. That is not only the good points that I find with Ben, so far I have make a few shirts, pants and suits with him all turn out looking great. The other best part of his service is upon collection of the suit he will use his own camera to do a photoshoot with you wearing the suit both inside his shop and outdoor. With his good photo taking skills the photos always turn out good, this is the kind of special value add service that I treasure also unlike many other tailors wont even bother to take any photos or the most take a few with my own handphone camera which turn out ugly. This shows Ben is proud of his work so am I as a customer. In fact Made Suits is now my "go to" tailor for all my future tailoring needs and I will not hesitate to recommend any of my friend or relative to give them a try.

Ben knows what he is doing and he is really good at it. Good price for the quality you are getting. Made 1 suit, 1 shirt and 3 pants with him. Would highly recommend!

Made Suits - Suits made for men

I was looking for a new tailor, browsing online, reading comments and emerged none the wiser. Honestly, how do we know the reviews are factual, relevant, self-reviewed or not smacked-down from a sore competition? After all our ‘research’, we still choose the ONE based on : 1. a gut feeling the tailor is good 2. a gut feeling the tailor is cheap and good 3. a gut feeling the tailor is cheap, cater to your demands, has an accessible location, blah blah blah and good All the above stated are relative to individuals. What’s good for me, might not be good for you. Be realistic and open minded. Made-Suits are good. And they are not cheap (for me). Expect to pay SGD1500 for a well-made suit (a jacket and a pants). Sometimes they have some fabric promos, but that’s roughly their prices. Fabric selections are aplenty, appointments are scheduled, and you have full attention from Tailor Ben during your meeting (his full glass door will be locked). Location is central, and the store is a cosy built-up of jazzy, rustic charm. You will discover little details in the store, little extra ‘tools’, which all add up greatly to give an elevated experience. Ben is young and still discovering life, but that’s doesn’t make him any lesser of a good tailor. You kickoff with a getting-to-know-you discussion, your work, your requirements blah blah blah. Then Ben asks you your budget - cut to the chase, great! He will let you in on the price of different fabrics and you will quickly realise nothing is ‘cheap’. At this point, you might want to walk away or ‘grudgingly’ continue. Bless you if you do, because you are halfway to a well-made suit. A good suit starts from a good measure, and Ben is detailed in that aspect. After finalising more details - buttons, button holes, live button hole, hemming, lapels style, inner lining, pockets etc., you are done. Payment made, hole burnt and you will be home waiting and hoping the end product is beautiful. With much anticipation, I returned weeks later to receive my suits (I did mine during the covid-19 period, there was considerable downtime). I put on the newly tailored white shirt first... when Ben slipped on my jacket, tada! The fit is amazing. As I slowly looked through the details on my suit, I can only agree, this is one damn well-made suit👍 Any leftover concerns I had slowly dissipated, while I admired every twist and turn of the sewn fabric on my less than perfect body. I am a happy man, albeit poorer, but satisfied. Will I return again? Yes, when I have the budget. Are they expensive? Yes, but worth it for the finished product. End of the day, this is my experience. Take a leap of faith and try it yourself. Sam G P.s. I gave 4 stars because Ben has so much potential to be one of the best in his trade. Made 2 suits and a shirt from Benjamin. I must say that he knows his craft, and takes time to share some of his experience in the industry. Truly a bespoke experience and a gentleman that implements his taste into the crafting of the suits for you. He will give his opinions, but will not force his thoughts on you, as different people has different taste. I decided to adopt some of his suggestions and the result? The piece on you that will be an extension of yourself. The shop front, though small, is cosy. Great taste, great experience, great guy.

Class up your style

Had a full suit and two waistcoats made for a wedding. Was so impressed with the quality that i had 2 more waistcoats commissioned. Definitely the best choice if you're looking to class up your style.

The personalised and attentive service…

The personalised and attentive service at Made Tailor literally made it a cut above the rest of the tailors in the market. Benjamin was able to explain why each recommended cut and fabric was suitable for me. Definitely recommended.

Went to Made Suits with little to no prior knowledge on tailored suits or just suits in general. Benjamin was very well-versed with it all and even took the liberty to educate/impart his knowledge. Came in to have my suit tailored at the very last minute (I came with less than 3 weeks for them to work with!) and yet Benjamin was still extremely accommodating. An all round great experience, would definitely recommend!
