Great experience!
Great experience! I had checked about some product specifications directly at the shop, and they had been kindness and competence personified. Then I purchased the product through their e-shop, and everything was as smooth as velvet. Definitely to be recommended.

Good attitude and quick service and good quality, can’t be better 👍
Fantastic service and communication
Fantastic service and communication. My machine heads were a special order, not in the shop stock, which was made clear in the website. The shop rang and texted to explain this and when the item was going to arrive. They arrived in a week. Couldn't be happier.
This is my first review ever of Martin 000-15SM
This is my first review ever of a guitar, and is also a review of what is my first Martin guitar, recently bought from Malmö Musikaffär. I felt I hade to write something about this as expectations have been high as it has been a long wait for this Martin because of production restrictions due to the pandemic. All of my expectations have been exceeded. It's a beautiful guitar, probably the lightest in weight of any guitar I've played but the sound is the strongest by far. A wonderful sustain and clarity of tone with a full sound and a clear warm bass make it a joy to play. The slightly shorter neck makes it feel closer and this contributes to the feeling of more of a physical connection between myself and guitar. The mahogany really is a beautiful wood and its nutty and smokey perfume gives the guitar an exotic and organic character, heightening the experience of holding and playing. The hard case is really well made and feels very substantial. Finally I would like to give praise to the staff at Malmö Musikaffär who were very helpful in regularly checking in with me while I waited for its arrival and gave me good advice about how to care for the guitar. It's my first Martin but it's still difficult to see how such a guitar could be improved upon. Highly recommended!

They offer great service.
They offer great service. They called to inform me my ordered strings were not available. Wanted to know if I was ok with another brand. Very thoughtful service. The order was processed very quick. The web shop is very easy to use.
Fast shipping
Fast shipping, nice guitar set up pretty good.
High quality Instrument.
I really do like the instruments here; I just got a guitar here the other day, and it was actually nicer than my previous guitar, in terms of quality, color, and everything. There are many options, so those who love instruments will enjoy buying in this store. You will undoubtedly love it, and it is also an excellent gift.
He likes it!
I bought a guitar here as a gift for my brother. I have no idea whatsoever about any instruments, but the staffs here are knowledgeable about it. I found one and bought it. Big thanks to the staffs since they are very patient and understanding.
