The order turnaround was much faster than I expected, particularly around the New Year holiday. Print quality was great. Would definitely order from them again!
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We’re so glad your order arrived quickly—especially over the holiday—and that you’re happy with the print quality. That means a lot to us! We truly appreciate your support and look forward to working with you again in the future.
Ordering prints online can be dodgy, poor quality, packaging, etc. Your company gets 5 stars, beautiful print on great giclee paper and fast shipping. Very satisfied and can't wait to frame it! Thanks for not being located in a red state.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your experience exceeded expectations and that you’re happy with the print quality, packaging, and shipping. We take great care in every step of the process, so it means a lot to know it made a difference. We hope you love it even more once it’s framed—thanks again for the recommendation!
Ordering and receiving my picture was a breeze! The picture itself, however, was pretty blurry & not clear. My intent was to give it to my friend who is somewhat visually impaired.
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad the ordering process was easy. I’m sorry the image wasn’t the best fit for your needs. The softer, loose styling of the image is the intent of the artist. I appreciate you sharing your experience, if you could please send an image to [email protected] of the print you received, we will be happy to review it in case there is a defect. If there is a defect, we would certainly replace that for you.
