Renewal easy but issues with endorsement
The renewal process is very easy and intuitive. I like that we can send the client an email for signature and to make payment. I did notice however that Dayle is listed as a driver twice, once as a male and a female. I sent over the drivers licenses as requested, so not sure why drivers were not corrected prior to offering renewal. I tried to amend driver 1 to James, but the system came up with a lot of questions as if I was quoting a new policy. Is it possible that this can be updated by MexiPass underwriting?

Bound policy while on vacation out of state!
A repeat client called me while on vacation in Colorado. Your site was helpful to me to get the client the right coverage because I didn't have access to his file in my office. Since he was a repeat user of MexiPass, I was able to utilize the past policy element and simply re-create a new application. Very satisfied.
