My overall experience with the course was insightful and great. Especially, the trainer/instructor who was always very well prepared and comfortably knowledgeable about the subjects. The help-desk and support teams were also helpful most of the time with some delays in some cases. In terms of logistics and time allocation, the sessions were very long and condensed which could be tiresome for some professionals who carry heavy weights during the week. I’ve been taking an HR course with Mind Cypress, and overall my experience has been really positive.
