I like that the site has a wishlist that gets saved but a lot of times I could spend a long time adding things to my cart and if I take too long or have to set my phone down and Continue later all the stuff in my cart is gone. There have been times I could have purchased more but it was too much of a pain to go back through all of the categories. There should be an option to save the cart. There should also be a way of selecting all items to be moved from wishlist to cart, not just one at a time. Or at least have a way of selecting multiple items to move at once.

clothing is not the same when you get it as it is on your website
I ordered a dress a few weeks back, when I received it, it literally looks like a burlap sack. No shape, looks like a sack with sleeves sewn on. Cant even wear it.
Down the drain
They seem to be going bankrupt! The site is down. They are not filling orders, no answers to their phone. No return emails. They say they will get me back my money I won't hold my breath. I'm smart I use PayPal so I'm safe.

I placed my first order Feb . 8th, it shipped Feb 10th and I received my order Feb. 12. I was very pleased with everything I ordered so I placed a 2nd order Feb 13th, never got an email confirming the 2nd order had been shipped, sent 2 emails and even a message on Facebook, never were my messages responded too. Finally 10 days later I received a form letter stating my order had been canceled due to "restructuring". I am disappointed because I got some very good deals on several items and I hope to get the same deal again! On the bright side they are refunding my money and I hope to be able to order from them again very soon :D
Cheap, cute clothes
The prices really can't be beat. They have a huge selection as well. Everything I've gotten has looked exactly the same as what's shown on the site and has fit as expected, so it's well worth the low price!

Purse strap broke as soon as I took it out of the package. The strap on the wallet fell off. The scarf looks it's made for a 5 year old. The size 9 shoes I ordered would fit a giant, probabley a size 14. I could not talk to anyone. It would have cost me $15 to send it back, probably would get a refund.
