Showed up very fast... Sizes a little off (too big)and one shirts cut/style looked way off from the picture. Not bad for the price though. Materials were nice. I would order again.

The quality of the products was great and I will definitely order from ModDeals again. However, I did find after my first order that it was necessary for me to order clothing a size up because everything tended to run small. Great prices, great clothing.

I was so excited to receive my items and was very disappointed when I did. I received them fast but about 3 out of 8 items were missing. They didn't say they were out of stock, and I was still charged for them. Right after opening my package, I then messaged moddeals about the problem. It's been nearly 3 weeks now, and I STILL have not received a message back.. Very unprofessional. I then was not charged for them items, the money of the missing items went back into my card.. but still didn't get a reply from them. I would have liked to know what happened and I really wanted those items. Along with that, I went by their size chart and ordered all the sizes that were my measurements. They all came in TINY. A kid could have fit in these clothes.. The size chart is not accurate at all. And the lokai bracelets I ordered were crap too, way too tiny and tight and FAKE, it would fit a holds wrist.. And not authentic at all. Im extremely disappointed.

I was sceptical about the price vs. the quality of the clothing before ordering at first, but when I got my package I was very shocked at how the material of my jeans were as expensive looking as a pair of 40 dollar jeans from an outlet store. Horrible service
I've ordered from ModDeals.com, a couple of times and the orders came good. However this one was extremely bad. 2 out of my 4 items (a black romper and a bracelet, both of which had chains) came broken. The third item (a pink shirt) did not fit me what so ever and did not match up to the measurements, seen on the site. I complained about my order and haven't received any response, at all (it's been about 2 weeks). I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, when I finally thought I could trust a site that could give me cheap clothes without taking my money.

Missing with no comments nor any response from organisation
I won't be ordering from Moddeals! Parcel is over a two weeks late. Tracking system has stopped working (4 days without any movement) at first. Emailed twice with no response from Moddeals and then proceed to call them directly (from Australia) to wait on hold for 30-40 minutes to be told I have to leave a message and someone will return my call. No one ever did! Then today finally, my final attempt at looking at the online tracking system was interrupt by maintenance to the website or checkout. Not a pleasant experience and I'm really disappointed and won't come back to Moddeals now 😢

The shipping was fast, the clothes were exactly as advertised, great quality Esp. For the price! The fact that they give you the models info so you get a better idea of sizing is amazing!
