Great quality & fast service!
I would give a 5 start but
I would give a 5 start but, their shipping costs are getting way too high. No matter the size of your package it gets higher every time I order. I have started using other quality herbs who at least give free shipping after spending over a certain amount. Also Delivery is slow.
Variety of products
Wide range of selection. Product quality taste and smell are good, and fresh. Items were delivered as noted.
Trust
Love, the fact that your products come out on top in all the research i do, trust, I trust you give me the best possible product when I find one in particular I’m looking for….. love the roasted dandelion root powder.
Quality Products, but Pricey
Wonderful how much amazing information is on their website! Quality products, but very expensive and they never offer free shipping. I always wait for a sale but this time they got me, because three weeks ago I placed an order for $210 and got $40 off, then today they announced a 25% off sale, so I lost $12. Next time I’ll wait until I see 25% off before I order. I learned my lesson.

Amazing products, amazing company
Mountain Rose always has the best quality products. I hate paying shipping, but won't get my teas from any place else. Their teas, tinctures, oils, spices- all of it ! are high quality. Their ethical ratings are very helpful in my decisions to purchase an item or maybe use it more sparingly. I will continue to buy from them despite the shipping cost.
