Promotional strapping cord not shipped
I ordered a roll of shrink-wrap. To be included was a promotional roll of the strapping cord, using the promo-code MSWCORD. "1/2" x 500' Cross Woven Poly Strapping Cord, which comes FREE for orders $225 or more. Simply use the code MSWCORD" I called the office and was assured that a roll would be shipped to me. That didn't happen. After reading my review, they made good on the roll of cord, receiving it just a few days later. It's how a company responds to a mistake that makes all the difference. I will buy from them again.

I ordered a case of tape
I ordered a case of tape, the wrong color came and I had to re-order and then the wrong color came again and only 6 rolls vs 12. Both order sheets were right but the materials in the box were wrong. I had to take time to print labels and send back the wrong orders. I also couldn’t finish jobs while I needed to wait for the correct order. Frustrating and will look elsewhere for future needs.
